Lee D. Singletary, Manager

Lee’s business skills and specific golf, hospitality and development industry background allow MS CAPITAL to be effectively involved in the planning, funding, development and management of the lifestyle projects preferred by MS CAPITAL. Lee is personally involved in each project and directs the assets and associate professionals involved.

He has owned and operated Singletary Golf Services (www.sgsgolf.com) since 1983 and has been involved in the design, management and development of several award winning golf and resort/real estate development projects in the United States and Central America. Lee also serves as Vice President of Carefree Hospitality, LLC (www.carefreehospitality.com), a boutique luxury company who develops and manages high-end resorts, private golf clubs, and exclusive residential communities.

He is a member of the PGA of America, holds a Business Management Degree from Sam Houston State University and a Degree in Golf Course Architecture from the Harvard University School of Design.

Ruben S. Martin III, Principal

Mr. Martin utilizes his business skills and proven leadership in his industry to provide financial direction and support to MS CAPITAL.

Ruben is President and Chief Executive Officer of Martin Midstream GP LLC, the general partner of Martin Midstream Partners L.P. (www.martinmidstream.com), a publicly traded (NASDAQ) Delaware limited partnership (MMLP) with over three quarters of a billion dollars in revenue. Mr. Martin also directs an equally sized private entity, Martin Resource Management Corporation, the predecessor of this entity as formed by Mr. Martin's father more than 50 years ago.

He holds a Degree in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas and an Associate Degree in Executive Management from Stanford University.
